Hi again Robin,

Spam is quite the problem these days; we definitely understand about overlooked emails.

I'm wondering if there's any way we could do this by email instead of phone -- when it comes to making important phone calls, we both tend to be very averse (which is why we had a friend of ours make the initial call to you about the email) and will put it off until there's time to do it with a clear head, which never seems to happen these days. :-S

The supposed computer crash was shortly before you came on board, right around the time that The Durham Center moved from the offices near the corner of Lakewood Ave. and Roxboro St. Emails to Alexsandra Manuel, Josh's caseworker, began bouncing -- which seemed to confirm the computer crash rumor -- but it's entirely possible that it was just a rumor.

Looking forward to hearing back from you.

Thank you!

Nick Staddon (for Sandy Hall, Josh Smith's mom)

That's a good question; we don't really know for sure. His last caseworker was Alexsandra Manuel, and the last we heard from anybody at the Durham Center was from her, before our email to her began bouncing.

Josh's case number was/is 069746, if that is any help in tracking down his records.

Thanks!
