Hi Mr. Daniels,
I am finally going through my records to try and get things back on track, and it looks like we never responded to this -- which seems almost unbelievable to me, but I don't see a reply anywhere. So it looks like we dropped the ball here, and I can only think it's because July was a very busy month and we probably just got overwhelmed with having too many things to plan, and didn't realize (or forgot) that this particular ball was in our court.
In any case, my apologies for dropping the ball. We are still very anxious to get Josh (re-)signed up for services.
This week is obviously a bit tight because of Thanksgiving, though we could possibly meet this Tuesday; failing that, next week Tuesday through Thursday anytime between about 9:00 and 2:45 should be fine, (we have appointments 10:45-1:00 on Wednesdays and 1:00-2:00 on Thursdays, but those can be cancelled if we have advance warning).
