Hi Alexsandra,

(Nick typing) It went well -- it looks like all three kids are eligible for some coverage; I'm not sure we grasp all the details, but it's apparently going to cover Zander's emergency room visit earlier this month -- which turned out to be $1000+ (we were thinking maybe $200), so that's a *huge* help.

We're still working through the paperwork; they needed a statement from Sandy's mom about the support she provides. Once that's been processed we'll know for sure how much coverage and, I presume, whether it will take care of any respite care for Josh.
