Hey. I've got a line item to dispute. How about the seven hundred dollars I paid you in cash for my drums that you don't show anywhere on the thing? I was standing behind my drum set when I gave you the last four hundred dollars when I was working with Jerry Brinegar, asked if I needed a receipt; you assured me that I didn't, and we both agreed that it was square. And it doesn't show it anywhere on the accounting. So that's just seven hundred dollars that you don't show.

So. I've got many of these, and you seem to misremember an awful lot of things comparatively to me. And Lynne. And other people that were there for our conversations.

So... you may want to re-delve into your psyche and see where you're screwing up, because you're screwing up in a big way. I've got all kind of people that have read this email and they laughed, because it was never anything like this. So... check your records again, man.

Be well.

Oh, and also -- please cc: me, at B at vbz-dot-net, or B at ltpga. Either one! I'd like to be kept in the loop since [breath noise] I started this whole thing.

Thanks.

1. Please (please) stop calling me. I have asked you repeatedly not to call me; what do I have to do to get you to stop? Call the police?

2. Please send your dispute in email, so that we don't have to rely on anyone's memory of what was said and when.

3. I was able to find a $400 debit in the spreadsheet marked "Bubba - loan for drums" on 5/12/01, but that's the only one. If you paid me back in cash, I need an approximate date and amount for each payment. I will look through my records for evidence of a bank deposit (or deposits) of a similar size.

Regards,

Nick

Hey man. I just wanted to tell you that I don't know where you're coming from, and... I'm still your friend, and you can just, you know... you don't need to threaten me, what is this bullshit about, dude? You need to chill out and get real, 'kay? You've got so many friends you can just piss on those who care about you? That's silly.

I didn't know you didn't want me to call, I just thought you didn't want me to call several times in a row, if there wasn't additional information. You've never asked me not to call you. So, yeah I'll handle things through email, that's not a problem; and... I think you forget who I am. I'm somebody who's been there for you through a lot of hard times, and to dismiss that is kinda silly.

I helped build this thing from nothing, I've got thousands of hours invested, and... I really felt like you were a brother once upon a time and I guess that brother would be Cain, to my Abel, so... whatever. [hangup]

Nick Notes

The P.S. to my email of 6/27 says "I really cannot talk to you without a mediator present. Please stop calling."
