Bubba,

First, the lecture (long overdue): If you call, please don't assume I'm sitting there listening to you leaving your message and able to pick up at any time... and please don't call back repeatedly unless you have more information to convey. Even if I was inclined to allow myself to get into a phone conversation with you under the current circumstances, I might not be in the same room as the answering machine at any given time and even if I am I may be in the middle of something and not able to pick up -- and the repeated ringing is very distracting if I'm trying to do something.

In general, email is better for communications of this sort anyhow. For one thing, it takes a few minutes to look up the information and it's much easier to cut&paste paS5W0rDz than to speak them.

n2ug.com -- - user: n2ug - pass: teeRiffiQ

Please let me know the status of both of these.

If you're moving a domain, let me know so I can delete the account. (As long as the account remains active, anyone on CIHost's network will be pointed to the OLD site when they look up the domain -- and any email sent through their network will queue up in the old account, where you can't get it easily...)

If you're leaving a domain there for a time, let me know how much time (approx. months or "indefinite" with an explanation so I know what to expect).

Thank you for taking care of this.

Nick

Nick Notes

The October 17-18 weekend fell through as well at the very last minute, due to a misunderstanding by the phone person at respite care place who thought we needed two days and one night, instead of two nights.

Got this message but didn't notice it until you mentioned it again on the phone (which is strange, because I specifically searched for messages from you this morning; perhaps it hadn't shown up yet).

I have not deposited anything yet; I was waiting until closer to the end of the month when the funds will be easier to come by. I will mail the check as requested (aiming for tomorrow, Friday, since you said "right away").

In other news: the visiting plan has now firmed up as October 17-18. This is a little later than I wanted, but it's the weekend we were able to confirm respite care as definitely available for the hours needed. I hope there isn't a conflict.

Thank you,

Nick

Nick,

I got your message and responded to it. I cc'd it to myself and Bubba. Then I tried to spell check it and it went into cyber space. I did not get it and Bubba didn't... so I'm assuming that you didn't either. I don't even have a copy of what you wrote. It's gone too! Anyway, to the best of my ability, I will recreate the message I tried to send.

PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY DIRECTLY INTO THE RDA ACCOUNT! Make the check out to "Neff Rental" and send it to the Hull Road address, right away. The RDA account is ill and is not receiving deposits...

Please let me know that you got this and that you haven't already deposited the check into BB&T.

Thanks,

Lynne
