N. That's cool. They will probably tell you that you have to go to customer service to do this... and I can do that. Your request is doable because it's just modifications within the complete choice service. We may want additional modifications to be put in place at the same time... L.

Email I'm sending to BellSouth, via their web site:

We recently consolidated 3 phone lines under a plan that gives us a lot of extra services on all three lines for a greatly reduced rate. Unfortunately, these additional services have caused problems, and I'd like the services modified just slightly. I can't seem to do this through the web site, so I'm asking you to take care of it.

  1. 549-0474 was set up to automatically forward calls when busy to Internet Call Manager. There is now Call Waiting on this line, which is preventing the calls from being forwarded. Please disable Call Waiting and retore the original Call Forwarding When Busy (to whatever number it was being forwarded to -- ICM set it up and I don't know what the # is.)
  2. 369-1534 is currently being used almost exclusively as a dial-up, and the Call Waiting which has been activated there is disrupting the modem. Please deactivate the Call Waiting on that line and restore whatever the setup was before (I think it was voice mail).

Thank you!

Nick
