Staddon \ Internet: (n@redhouse .com) To: Bahb Haaji \ Internet: (bubba @redhouse .com) To: Lynne Griever \ Internet: (lynne @redhouse .com) Subject: schedule Well, I was originally (version 2) planning to drive back down today (Sunday), but yesterday I finally got the ordering system to the point where I could enter in all the old orders and packages and whatnot, and I feel kinda like staying one more day and entering in more of the orders I have on hand (perhaps all of them) and seeing where that leaves us. I know I already discovered one time we overcharged a customer ($5), several where we had shipped some but not all of the order (and there's no reorder on file), and one where we couldn't process the card but went ahead and shipped anyway because it was xmas and the package would be late -- so the customer owes us $90 or so. Pretty soon I should be able to generate a report of all incomplete orders and all orders with balances outstanding... seems like a purty good use of my time at this point... Anyway, my point is: let me know if you know of any reason why I should drive back today; I could leave as late as 2 or 3 in the afternoon. Hopefully I'll be able to leave early enough Monday to arrive in time to ship the Liquid Blue order (assuming it actually arrives), but if I don't, then oh well. Will there be any problem placing the Zion order on Monday? Do I need to be on hand for that? Let me know, and talk to ya soon... N. |
