N., if I'm reading your email correctly, I was wrong in thinking that you are blocking the transfer of my domains (for which I apologize and on which I'll be saving $4/year w/a free year extension) when I was merely moving them out of the way and taking responsibility of them while we settle whatever it is we're settling. Further I read that you'll not block and are actually helping to facilitate the transfer and I thank you for that.

Why is b-2024-11-24-02:09-spam@vbzspam.net no longer being forwarded? b-2024-11-24-02:09-spam@vbzspam.net is my long standing contact everybody I ever contacted email address. I have too many things coming to that address to just quit using it. Until we do the mediation thing please leave our reality alone. I was merely moving my stuff off your credit card and onto mine which I thought would have been appreciated. It really feels like an "I'll show him who's in charge" kinda thing. You know that I've NEVER done anything w/o asking and I've certainly NEVER done anything like this no matter how pissed off I got at you and just wanted to chuck the whole thing myself. I have always worked through things with the belief that you just didn't mean it the way I heard it or felt it and that has always served me well when in fact it actually was that you didn't mean it the way I was hearing it or feeling it.

In the event you thought that removing b-2024-11-24-02:09-spam@vbzspam.net was a way to fix the BR issue, then we'll have to find another way as I need that address. If we both concur to BR then there should be no problems with the transfer.

Deleting b-2024-11-24-02:09-spam@vbzspam.net seems adversarial. Deleting an email address I've used as a partner for years is not helping me feel like you really want it to work. Final deletions are something I thought we'd_do_after_ mediation if at all. Even after a final decision to separate I would expect at least 30 days to notify all who needed it.

Please reinstate b-2024-11-24-02:09-spam@vbzspam.net as a show of good faith. I am still partnered in it and as such I don't see this move being the best for the relationship.

I really don't know where you're coming from and truly wish I did. I don't want to think that you're doing this with malicious intent and these actions are truly affecting that.

Thanks for fixing it,

B.

Nick Notes

Right after this email, domain transfer requests proceeded to arrive for new2ugolf.com, rugratzone.com, thejandj.com, and redistribution.org. I forwarded all without comment except for adding the following (08:49) to the request for thejandj.com.

I think we need to negotiate on this one. Neither of us has put a whole lot of work into it as far as I know, and it hasn't been much benefit to either of us, but I believe I did most or all of the actual web page layout; your role was to contact J&J and get something from them in return, which as far as I know never worked out. It was not one of your solo projects.

What are your plans for it?

Nick

N., first of all thanks for passing the other URL's. I think that The J and J has another site up and operational and didn't seem anxious to pursue us being the webmasters so I was just transferring it so it wasn't on your plate. We can add it to the list of things to talk about in mediation.

There are no immediate plans, just getting the URL's off BR that I was responsible for putting there. It looks like a thing that the customer didn't follow up on as much as us. I always thought it would be a good thing for me to approach the vendors individually to add them to the site so they had a website to which to direct people that would have given it a lot more exposure and since the management didn't follow up on the offering and got another URL instead it seems like a moot point and since I put it up there I can pay for it's existence until we decide what to do about it.

I don't know what to suggest other than adding it to the list.

Thanks, B.

Nick Notes

Gosh, didn't that sound an awful lot like he was actually planning to go forward with the mediation? Wonder what happened.

Nick Notes

In Bubba's quoted email, "You know that I've NEVER done anything w/o asking" seems a clear indicator that he is living in a different reality from me; this all started with his refusal to allow me to have copies of the manufacturer images, and his contacting the manufacturer to direct them specifically to send the discs to him...

Yes, the domains are yours, you did pay for them.

Ok, I've restored the forwarding of b-2024-11-24-02:09-spam@vbzspam.net. But let's get your official email switched over to one of your domains, ltpga.com or redistribution.org or whatever you prefer, as soon as possible. Then I'll forward stuff until the word has gotten around about the address change. Let me know which domain you'd prefer.

My intent at this point is to completely disentangle our activities, given that it may be a while before we can meet to mediate. (You said it could easily take a couple of weeks before you had time to do anything towards mediation; I'm going to be out of town July 13 - 19, so I'm guessing that the earliest opportunity would be the week after that.) Until and unless we work out a satifactory solution in mediation, I can't work with you as a partner in vbz.net (I thought I had made that clear) so for the time being you are not involved (not partnered) with vbz.net.
