"Jessica" is Lynne's daughter who lives near Athens. This email puzzled me greatly, both because it was about old business and because it was being sent as if from Juliet -- with no explanatory "This is Lynne using Juliet's computer" or anything...

Nick,
I wasn't able to get a number to fax your permission to change over the phone lines. The guy I talked to says that you just have to call and give your identifying info over the phone and verify that it is okay with you for Jessica to take over:

Jessica is in town today and I've given her the money to put down the deposit. They also have to talk with her on the phone but they can't do that until they have talked with you to verify your permission.
