Josh's original diagnosis of autism by Dr. Victoria Shea, who presumably wrote a more complete diagnosis; this seems to be the only paperwork we have, presumably a letter Sandy requested as proof of Josh's autism.

This document is also available in a PDF which includes a school evaluation done a few weeks later.

As a toddler, Josh did not talk or babble. By age 4, he was still nonverbal, not toilet-trained, and would not respect boundaries (e.g. you could not tell him not to play with certain items, or not to go in certain rooms) -- Sandy suspected autism, and the diagnosis confirmed it.
