This is only a test. For the next 60 seconds, you will be hearing a test of the E.B.S. Emergency Broadcast System.

At this point, there is a musical staff showing four and a half bars of a G above middle C. ...in 4/4 time, in the key of G major, followed by exactly half a bar of silence. (No more.)

This has been a test of the E.B.S. Emergency Broadcast System. Had this been a real emergency, you sure as Frith wouldn't have stood around listening to some stupid audio feedback.

Speaking of which, I'm not getting much feedback on these stupid things written on blank pieces of paper. (Okay, Ophelia drowned, but that's only once.)

Seriously, now... I can't, of course, reveal the location of my locker, but I have a friend who would be more than willing to receive any messages you mites wish to deliver.

Hopefully Yours But Probably Not,

  • This continues the "Yes, it's" schtick from the previous note.
  • "Frith" is, of course, a Watership Down reference.
  • This seems like perhaps an early sign of me starting to get demanding. :-/
