The delivery person pointed out this bend in the cowling, but we thought that was the full extent of the damage.
Later, I noticed the drawer was wonky, but thought I could fix it.
This shows the structural damage on the top-left of the drawer opening which is causing the drawer to be wonky.
This shows the top-right side of the drawer opening, for contrast.

It seems pretty clear that the unit got dropped on its left side at some point, causing the left side of the frame to collapse a little.
