Dresser Dolly
This is pretty close to how it was actually built and how it fits together. Note that having non-swivel wheels at the back would actually be problematic, as part of my plan was to be able to slide it sideways under the bed (so more stuff could fit).
I finally completed the dolly on Saturday.
