Main Recipe

Ingredients[1]

  • 3 ounces almond oil, sweet
  • 2 ounces jojoba oil
  • 2.4 ounces avocado oil
  • 3 ounces beeswax
  • 20 drops Vitamin E
  • 1 capsule [2] L-Lysine
  • 1/8 teaspoon Vitamin C

Directions

Melt beeswax and oils in double-boiler. Stir in vitamins C and E and Lysine. Pour into chapstick tubes.

Variation My sister once gave me some comfrey oil so I adjusted the recipe to include it:

  • 2 ounces almond oil, sweet
  • 1 ounce jojoba oil
  • 1.4 ounces avocado oil
  • 3 ounces comfrey infused olive oil
  • 3 ounces beeswax
  • 20 drops Vitamin E
  • 1 capsule L-Lysine
  • 1/8 teaspoon Vitamin C
