Josh escaped through the breakfast nook window, but didn't run away. He seemed to want to get in the car and go somewhere; he tried the minivan and the Nissan, both locked, and then got in the Benz -- which miraculously started. I drove him around in the Benz for a couple of hours (more or less until it got dark) and he absolutely did not want to get out of the car or come back in the house; S & I had to work together. I think that was also the day he was hitting me repeatedly in the evening.
