Digestive bitters

These are the bitters that H & B take. They definitely work but are also not what you'd call inexpensive.

Unlikely Alternatives

I've been casting around for alternatives, in case the Urban Moonshine becomes unavailable (right now it's difficult to find, especially in the larger more cost-effective size).

This stuff at Food Lion looks like it might have some value but is also probably missing one or more critical ingredients:

• 
  the main selection of relevant-seeming stuff (there was at least one other brand, though)
• 
  digestion aid, kind of implies it might serve a similar function to digestive bitters, but who knows
• 
  "wellness rescue", just to get a sense of what the other stuff might be
