Subject: FYI: web mail to SunTrust

web-mailed to SunTrust 10/29 PM

A charge has recently appeared on my online transaction record which I do not believe I authorized. It is described as "FEDEX SHP 10/18/", for $53.00 on 10/28.

Is there any way to get more information about this charge, or should I simply decline (?) it? If there's no way to get more info, then I'd definitely like to take the next step to get the money back, as I do not believe I authorized this transaction.

Thank you!

Nick Staddon
