Subject: SunTrust 8/28

Looks like SunTrust is about to go negative ($-143.99). If you look at "pending items", $22.97 is for shipping supplies I got yesterday at Office Depot, but $383.33 must be RDA (I'm guessing phone bill?).

I realize the cable payment was unexpected (though _why_ it was unexpected is less clear... also why the phone bill continues to be so high, if that's what it was), but I'm wondering when the "quieting down" period is going to happen so the balance can stablize (to just being vbz transactions) and RDA can start its own account.

What's the current plan for that?

Thanks,

N.

If you did not receive an earlier email titled "Orders.app", please let me know; my email program behaved weirdly just before sending it, and it's not 100% clear that it was actually sent.

Thanks,

N.

Apparently this didn't go through (Charter's SMTP seems to be down), so I am re-sending it.

If smtp.charter.net (or mail.charter.net or whatever it is) still isn't accepting outgoing mail, you can now use mail.redhouse.com for sending.

It looks like you've been putting the updated .data.mdb files I've been emailing you in the wrong folder. They don't go in \\bubba\apps\store -- that's just the .app.mdb file. They go in \bubba\work\appdata\store . If you put the .data.mdb file anywhere else, you will continue to see old data when you run the app.

I've updated your app so it will show pulls correctly. The main categories you'd be interested in are "check credit" and "no payment".

Please email me whenever you attempt to contact any of these folks (and forward any replies... or email me if you reach them by phone) so I know where we are.

** UMPORTINT **

If you decide to abandon the attempt to contact someone, please also email me so I can mark the order "abandoned" and return the merch to stock. Otherwise they just accumulate (physically and in the DB).

Thanks,

N.

Nick,

I tried rebooting Bubba's machine... It has a question about the configuation with respect to windows. It has a multiple choice question and needs an answer before continuing. I came to ask you about it but your door was shut... If you have time to check in on it...it awaits and answer which I do not have.

Of course, ICQ is unavailable... with the re-boot...

Bubba -- please attempt to contact bad credit customers, especially the U.S. one.

Should we try to farm out bad-credit-followup to a third party to be paid on commission? My stack of unshippables is growing...

Did you place the Mountain order today?

(I presume Liquid Blue still has not arrived...)

Thanks,

N.

Nick... I did get this one earlier. I misunderstood what you meant by "$400 coming back into the account." I thought you meant it was in the que and I didn't get an email saying that. I'm just saying that we probably need to see it in the cue before we have the accout debited for another order. We might be able to do something Friday afternoon... that would be the earliest safe time unless the $400 shows up in the cue before then...

Thanks for resending it anyway...

Lynne
