N. That's cool. They will probably tell you that you have to go to customer service to do this... and I can do that. Your request is doable because it's just modifications within the complete choice service. We may want additional modifications to be put in place at the same time... L.

Unfortunately, these additional services have caused problems, and I'd like the services modified just slightly. There is now Call Waiting on this line, which is preventing the calls from being forwarded. Please disable Call Waiting and retore the original Call Forwarding When Busy (to whatever number it was being forwarded to -- ICM set it up and I don't know what the # is.) 369-1534 is currently being used almost exclusively as a dial-up, and the Call Waiting which has been activated there is disrupting the modem.
