Griever/Plaintiff

Woozle is currently the Plaintiff in one lawsuit, informally named Staddon vs. Griever.

The terms "plaintiff" and "plaintiffs" tend to be used interchangeably in Staddon vs. Griever because although officially the plaintiffs are Nick Staddon (Woozle), Cox-Staddon Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a Red House Media and d/b/a vbz.net, the corporate entities involved are all owned solely by Nick Staddon, with no other parties involved. So legally it's a plurality, but in practice it's just Nick.
