B.,

Can you contact Overture (via whatever method) and have them remove the credit card ending in 2654? That card does not exist, to the best of my knowledge. I don't know how it got in there, but it shouldn't be there. Can you confirm that you didn't add it? Cuz if you didn't, then they totally invented it.

If it's your SunTrust card, then why did you add it? Use the one already entered, labelled "Red House", by default; the other one (my BB&T card) is just for emergency backup.

Thanks,

N.

I went ahead & re-upped because we did finally get a couple of orders, and I wanted to investigate why we were costing $13/day -- it won't show me the placement when we're offline.

N., the 2654 card is the one Lynne and I use and I didn't know which to reup on so I added my #. Shouldn't be a problem if we just use the one you had been using. What are the last 4 #'s of the one we should use?

Don't need to remember the #s -- just pick the one that says Red House (in the drop-down).

Can you make head or tail of this? Might want to call them. Let me know if contact info is missing from DB.

Also haven't seen a response on D3052. Did you receive the inquiry? If not, let me know; I will do some tests. Either way, this is why I sometimes step in and handle things -- there's a pattern of you sometimes being right on top of inquiries and sometimes not responding to repeated queries, so I do what I can to reduce the number of open queries so there are fewer in limbo for me to worry about.

Did we ever get the artist contact info for those two people -- one in Hawaii, the other I can't remember...?

Thx,

N.

Having trouble finding either one; my email's a mess what with all the back-and-forth from Netscape 4.77 to 6.0 and back to 4.77 and thence to Mozilla. I should be able to find the Hawaii guy (he left that message on the phone initially, and then called another time & I talked to him, and there were at least a couple of emails as well).

I will keep looking -- but it occurred to me to ask about another thing: did you ever get that email from Matt's fiancee that I re-forwarded to you? If you didn't get that, then we've got an email drop-out situation, cuz I've sent it to you twice now (about 6 months apart)...

N., don't know about whether or not I answered or even got the D3052 query. Will research it.

What 2 people?

I don't have any problem with you stepping in some times and handling CS issues. I probably do lose a few here and there. Also, if the customer doesn't get back to me sortly after I contact them, I seem to not keep bugging them.

This is the guy from Hawaii. Will keep looking for the other one, cuz it was right around the same time.
