Subject: The Secret Combination....

Nick,

Is there a secret combination to download the batches of stuff that accumulate in the other place in the universe that the new server stores data? From the looks of things... there is probably a batch out there again...

Lynne

Subject: SunTrust important info

Status: the balance is positive again, though only barely. However, there are still debits in the queue, and they will bring it down to -$127 if no additional deposits are made.

The other bad news (in a sense... it is also good in that it means I didn't screw anything up, e.g. forget to close the batch or something) is that the deposits for the last batch of orders already came through back on 7/30, at which point we had a balance of $730 (and this was after Lynne's check for $1250 cleared). In the interim, the following groups of transactions happened:

$443 -- Liquid Blue
$90 -- NSFs
$700.00 -- RDA deposits
$790.63 -- RDA debits cleared
$144.85 -- RDA debits in queue
$41.85 -- other misc. business debits (mostly CardService's monthly fee)

Since the balance would have been about $245 at this point if not for all the RDA usage, I consider the NSFs to be RDA transactions as well.

The net change in the RDA's credit with RH since 7/30 is therefore -$325.48.

** HOW TO ACCESS THE ACCOUNT ONLINE:
https://internetbanking.suntrust.com
CID: 582194466
password: I will send this separately via ICQ to Bubba

The first page just shows you the "current" balance; click on the account number link to see the three different balances -- "available" is the current balance less any uncollected deposits, and "collected" is (I think) the available balance less any debits in the queue.

Click on the balance again to see the actual transaction detail.

Please let me know if you have any questions about the system.

In the very near future, I will have to start charging for the time I spend keeping track of all these extraneous transactions. I could do this by the hour or by the transaction; I'm inclined to go by the transaction to keep it predictable, but your input is welcome.

Thanks,

N.

The password is a commentary on SunTrust's protecting me from myself, not anything else, lest there be any confusion. I'd been using their online access for about a year quite happily, and then they suddenly decided that passwords had to be longer and had to contain a number.

I meant that the password was IDIOTIC22, or DAFT44, or IGNORANT88, just a play on words. I was being silly77. I should stop being stupid...Oh! Oh! I should! No... I guess we'll keep on keepin' on... bein' stupid...
