The check I wrote to Neff Rental last month finally did clear, if I didn't already mention it. Do you want me to write this month's check to them again, or direct-deposit to RDA's account as before? Please let me know; I will hold off until I hear back from you.
Thank you,
Nick

Nick,
Just make the check out to me [Lynne Griever]. I will put our portion into one money order. I think it was confusing for them when it was from two different places and the check wasn't from someone they rent to, directly. I'm not using the BB&T account right now, so don't deposit it.
I told Neff that we'd have those trailors empty by October 1st. I then told them that it would be delayed until the middle of October, when you were scheduled to come and empty yours out. They haven't made a big stink about it and I hope they don't but I can't make any guarantees.
It's difficult to respond to your emails like nothing is going on. We are trying not to be ugly about this and we are determined not to hate you. In essense, you have stolen the business and expect us to just accept it. You have sent partial accountings that have "made up figures", "left out figures" and "outlandish charges" made up in retrospect. This is all very painful, for both of us, especially for Bubba. When you don't come to get your stuff... it's upsetting because we promised Neff that we'd have it out... and yet it's a relief because it's so difficult to have you come to our home... even in the yard.
I don't know what else to say. I'm sorry I don't get back with you right away. It's just really hard for both of us.
Please go ahead and get that in the mail right away. It will be easier to deal with Neff if I'm catching them at the very beginning of the month.
Lynne
