Woozle
This refers to something Jenny wrote in Note #6, that reading my notes felt abstract and pure "but when faced with reality we back away, hiding inward. We then wish the thoughts on the page, and the thinker elsewhere." – that she felt embarrassed by my physical presence, which came as a bit of a shock to her in contrast to her enjoyment of our written correspondence, and she always felt a strong wish for me to be elsewhere so she could retreat to the safety of writing.
I've often wondered if maybe she subconsciously modeled me as female, based on my writing style, and my outwardly-male appearance always created an unpleasant feeling of cognitive dissonance for her. I like that theory way too much.
