This file was uploaded by a spammer. I removed the article but found the picture interesting as a mystery photo.
Based on the banner hanging at top left, this would seem to be somewhere in back of the George Street Playhouse in New Brunswick, NJ -- but despite obsessively trying to find the spot on Google Maps, I haven't been able to pin it down for certain. The style and density of development look about right, though.
