I never got the shipment confirmation you promised. Did the shipment go out? I should have received an email either way, and I hate to sound like I'm being Joe Hardass but it feels really important that I shouldn't have to remember to ask for this sort of information more than once. it's kind of a make-or-break thing for me; if I always have to remember to ask for the information I always need, then I'd rather do the shipping myself.

If I weren't complaining about it in this email, I'd be calmly fuming about it to myself, so I figured I'd better say something.
