1. (10/4) Reinflate Josh's excercise ball before weather outside becomes unpleasantly cold
2. video/stock shelves in front hallway
3. (Harena) Consolidate Verizon landlines on ringtones & caller ID (or put line 1 on Vonage, maybe? Or skype? Explore options.)
4. (Harena, 3/31) shelf for above Zander's desk
5. (Harena, 3/28) Need place to put documents/letters to be taken out of the office, preferably with flat spot on top for other stuff
6. (general, 2004) bury internet cable down to pole
7. (Harena, 2004) Finish backyard fence (before weather gets nice would be good)
8. (Harena, 2003) Stairs down to lower backyard
9. (Harena, 2001) Laundry room remodeling
   1. Build new sink base cabinet for laundry rm. (may need riser to accomodate plumbing)
   2. Have replacement sink base cabinet & sink ready for kitchen
   3. Remove cast-iron sink from kitchen & install it in new cabinet
   4. Install replacement sink base cabinet in kitchen
   5. Rip out old, rotten sink base cabinet from laundry room (may have to be done earlier, to make room)
   6. Rearrange washer/dryer against wall
10. (Harena, 3/2005) Build wrap around benches & table for Breakfast Nook
    1. Move lower shelf on bathroom-side wall so it isn't at head-level
    2. Build benches (do we need a new table?)(yes, it would have to be a special narrow one; maybe one of the closet doors we got from Kathy)
11. Storage shelves in downstairs bathroom
12. Second tpaper dispenser in downstairs bathroom
13. Fold-down stairs for attic (to be followed by general attic improvements so it can be used for storage)
14. Repair ceiling in Mel's room (requires better access to attic)
15. Replace shower/bath controls with new thermo-controlled thingy
16. Ventilation for basement so soap-making can happen
17. Put proper runners on Zander's built-in clothing drawers
