Skate Inn was a roller-skating rink that was located in the large warehouse-like building at 3308 Durham-Chapel Hill Boulevard (the last building at the end of the service road before it is interrupted by the on-ramp) in the early 1980s.
As of the early 2000s, it had been converted to an office building.
