On this day:

• Woke up at hotel with bouncy kids; took them all to school/daycare, then went back to the house (power back on) and cleaned up. I still had the dead hard drive to deal with, which slowed down the vbz ordering process to the point that I was sending out multiple apologetic emails to customers on 2002-12-22 and 2002-12-23 and shipping many things via Express (overnight).
