XBAWKS

So, the main launcher/etc thing for Xbox is called a 'dashboard.' UnleashX is currently the default, but Avalaunch is also installed, you can use whichever you prefer. You can launch games and copy/delete/etc save files from the dashboard, as well as navigate the file system.

The hard drive has several partitions. The C partition has system and dashboard stuff, don't mess with it unless you need to and know what you're doing. D "partition" is actually the memory card drive, if you have one installed in your controller. E partition is where applications, emulators, and ROMs go in their respective folders. ROMS go in E:/Emulators/ROMS/<System>. F is the largest, where videos, actual games, or any other large files go. X, Y, and Z are cache partitions, don't mess with them.

Xbox Media Center (XBMC) is an awesome video player. You can play files off the hard drive, or shared over the network.

You can FTP to a dashboard or XBMC; I think both are currently "x3" for both username and password. If not, you can adjust it in settings.
