If it helps to understand my purpose, I want to have a record of the shipment all in one place (for each shipment) so I can quickly enter everything in and close the shipment. I would offer to write out a page listing all the stuff I need after a shipment, but (a) I think I already did so in an email, and (b) shouldn't you keep track of what the procedure should be, if you're officially doing shipping?
