ORDER

Due to a conflict in the Defendant's schedule, it is ordered that the mediation scheduled in the above referred to case for October 11, 2005, is hereby rescheduled to be held before Jim Pirkle, Mediator, on November 10, 2005, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 210 of the Athens-Clarke Courthouse, in Athens, Georgia.

Except as herein modified, the Order entered on August 29, 2005 is continued in full effect.
