We're not sure what the model number is, but these instructions were helpful insofar as suggesting the "double-press" on the button just beyond the "+" button, which caused the headphones to go into pairing mode. Although the diagram shows a different layout, the number of buttons seems to be the same and other instructions may work if applied to the appropriate buttons.

TL,DR: press the just-past-+ button twice to initiate bluetooth pairing
