Hypertwin: noun Derived from "Hyper" from "Hyperfamily". Singular of Hypertwins. More broadly, a person disposed towards being part of a hyperfamily (hypertwingular group).
History
When we were first talking with each other in 2001, we discovered that we had so much in common that at times we seemed like twins. We both liked the hyperfamily idea, so that would make us "hyperfamily twins" -- "hypertwins" for short. (Earliest mention found so far is March, 2001.)

Hypertwingularity seems somehow related to Intertwingularity, but we're not quite sure how.
