1. What days/hours is the phone line open?

2. What's the best way for Sandy to authorize you to speak with me? Can I just put her on the phone and you can ask her for permission, or do you need something signed?

3. I should have given you our other phone number, which is easier for us to pick up on: 919-402-9774. Please let me know if you can call again at that number.

4. Is it possible to use this chat application instead of the phone? We're both phone-phobic, so it would be easier for us to get back to you that way.
