[[Woozle]] (writing this) was the plaintiff in the [[Griever|Staddon vs. Griever]] lawsuit.

The terms "plaintiff" and "plaintiffs" tend to be used interchangeably in the documents posted here because although officially the plaintiffs are me (legally Nick Staddon), [[Cox-Staddon Enterprises]], Inc. d/b/a [[Red House Media]] and d/b/a [[vbz.net]], the corporate entities involved are all owned solely by me, with no other parties involved. So legally it was a plurality, but in practice it was just me (a sort of "collective plaintiff").
