COMES NOW Defendant Willard Dale Griever and responds to Plaintiffs' Request for Admissions as follows:

1. Defendant denies the allegations contained in Paragraph 1.
2. Defendant denies the allegations contained in Paragraph 2.
3. Defendant denies the allegations contained in Paragraph 3.
4. Defendant denies the allegations contained in Paragraph 4.
5. Defendant denies the allegations contained in Paragraph 5.

Any and all allegations contained in Plaintiffs' Requests for Admission which have not been specifically responded to herein are expressly denied.
