The latest Josh services news: now the residential service provider says they can't get a residential placement for him, at all, unless/until he gets a Comprehensive CAP waiver -- which isn't likely to happen anytime soon. Once again, Lucy Van Pelt picks up the football at the last second... We have no idea what to do now, except talk to a lawyer.

I have more information; we're not quite at the impasse I feared at first.

However, I think The Durham Center has a lot to answer for, and I'm getting my head together to write them a stern email.

(We're also planning to contact a lawyer as soon as I have the energy to deal with that too.)
