Hello,

I've been told by Melissa Bent at the Arc of Durham that you're the person I should email about this.

Sandy's 12 y.o. son, Josh Smith, is autistic and needs a Cap worker to help him with his toilet training, which has entered a critical phase. I gather that we need to get him a "support broker" (formerly known as "case manager"), and that this broker will then help us to renew Josh's Medicaid, line up a Cap worker, and arrange other services as appropriate.

What do we need to do next in order to facilitate all this?
