I was trying to send an email to Alexsandra Manuel at the Durham Center, who (I think) was our case manager (shown as "Clinical Case Manager II" on her email footer), but the email bounced. It was sent to [ ManuelA-2021-05-16-12:firstname.lastname@example.org ], which has worked in the past.
Does Alexsandra still work there? If so, does she have a new email address, and if not do you have the name and email address of her replacement, or a "front-desk" person at The Durham Center who might know what the situation is?
