I would like to know if you received the letter mailed to you by Sandy Hall on March 10 regarding the debts you are attempting to collect from her. If you have not received any such letter, please let me know what would be the best way to get another copy of it to you.
Thank you.
Nick Staddon, for Sandy (Sandra) Hall

I am writing in response to your letter to Sandra Hall dated March 21.
I have a question for you.
Are there any other accounts of debt owed by Ms. Hall that you are currently handling? She currently has three outstanding credit card accounts. The American Express account you are handling (account # [redacted]-81005) is one of them, but there are also two Chase Bank accounts, [redacted]-7406 and [redacted]-5229. Chase has been so far unwilling to tell me who is handling these accounts, which is hindering my efforts to put together a final total upon which to base any settlement offers.
Thank you,
Nick Staddon on behalf of Sandy Hall

in response to this voicemail
It looks like you tried to call while I was out. If an actual person is calling (not a robocaller), then the 402-9774 number is probably best. Also, it is okay to leave personal/account information on the voicemail.
We do prefer email, however, since that leaves a written record of the conversation. We don't have any easy way of recording phone conversations, and it's very easy for important details to get lost that way.
Thank you,
Nick Staddon

As of this date, we have not received any further phone messages from S&R nor noted any hang-up calls with their company name in the caller ID. We can only conclude that they have not called as they said they would.
