I want to personally welcome you to One. We've been working hard on building a next generation digital challenger at One and we'd love your feedback on our early product. One was started to make a difference in the daily financial lives of real people. Last year further highlighted the divide between the well off and those that are working hard to make ends meet. Even those that have (or had) solid jobs are stretched and finding themselves depleting savings and relying on high interest credit to bridge gaps. This is the problem we set out to solve. It should not take 5 different apps and 3 different banks to get compelling rates and the functionality you need to grow and manage your money. It should take One.

We believe there is a better, more intuitive way to build financial health, with access to emergency credit at lower interest rates, and the ability to (re)build savings at higher interest rates, while harnessing the modern digital banking experiences that customers have grown to love. We also know that financial life can be complicated, and that it's often a team sport. This is why we designed the ability to create and share pockets to organize your money and share it safely with others, and made it all available through a single card and app, with no fees or minimums.

We also understand that daily budgeting tools are an important part of many people's financial lives, and we're working to expand our functionality to address this quickly. Specifically, automated money flow between your own pockets and outside accounts, dedicated virtual cards per pocket (for both security and flexibility), as well as additional ways to easily pay others, are all functions you will see in the app shortly.

We are committed to building a customer-centric product and company that truly has our users' best interests in mind. We will be transparent about how we make money, we will never sell your personal data, and we will always strive to deliver the very best service in the industry. It's your money, and you should be able to shape it to your life and be confident somebody is there to help you with it whenever you need it. We promise to relentlessly innovate to deliver a product that actually does some good and is also delightful to use. We'll do this not just because we set out to do it, but because we believe the world needs it.
