Microwave Bacon

• On a small(9") not-plastic plate, place a paper towel
• Arrange 3 slices of bacon centered on towel (not plate; you can adjust the paper towel so it's centered after done) with the ends of the bacon on the edges of towel & accordioning the middles.
• Place another paper towel on top
• Cook on high for 2 minutes, 45 seconds (Adjust if necessary; this depends on how done or not you prefer your bacon)
