Josh

    • 11:58 Called Sherita (sp?) Dobbin, [phone # redacted], and left a message asking about Josh's Medicaid renewal.
    • 14:30~ Called again, spoke with her. She remembered us coming in, and the whole situation with the missing "certification" paperwork. Yes, the paperwork is still being processed (has not been lost again). Call her again on Thursday 7/29 if we haven't heard anything. I did emphasize that there would be huge problems if the renewal didn't go through.
    • This is after visiting the DSS office twice over the past 2 months or so, each time filling out the application. Dates are probably in notebook.
