The Home had said to bring Josh over at 3pm. He had been acting antsy all morning, but at 1:45 he started to cry and make unhappy noises... so I decided to take him out driving for 45 minutes, come home, pick up his bookbag and Sandy, and we'd arrive at the Home at about the right time. While I was out, though, the Home called an rescheduled for 4pm.
Rather than risk Josh changing his mind if we were at home for any length of time, I just extended the car ride. Ended up going around Greensboro by way of 751 to 64 to Siler City, and arrived at the Home (far east Durham) at about 4:02. Go me.
