Another weekend of sporadic Josh-stomping-and-crying. Where the freep is his case manager and why can't I get an answer back from her confirming that she did actually send in the stuff FoulyouOptions said they didn't have? (And... why does it take 5 business days for them to answer an email?)

I have sympathy for the people at the service provider agencies; most of them are very nice and well-meaning. Unless new information comes along, however, I have very little sympathy for ValueOptions. Their organization seems deliberately set up to be opaque and prevent communication -- though they clearly have the IT infrastructure to do it properly.
