According to a locked post on Sandy's blog, Josh kicked her "RIGHT on the weak spot of my bad wrist (the left one) in the middle of one the worst outbursts he's had in a long time".

No notes on what the outburst was about, but at that time we often weren't able to resolve them and just had to wait until he ramped down eventually.
