Met with Yolonda Wooten at Community Partnerships for Josh's "Person Centered Plan" (PCP). Not sure at this point what services Josh will be getting, but at least we were clear that we'll be applying for Medicaid (got the forms) and Yolonda will sign him up for the CAP waiting list.
