Hi, you've been billing me $27.46 as the remaining deposit on the cable modem which I still have. I had scheduled by mail for the modem to be picked up yesterday (April 2) between 5 and 7 pm, but nobody came to pick it up.
You can pick it up between 5 and 7 pm ANY DAY of the week or weekend; just please let me know which day to expect the pick-up. If you can't pick it up, please let me know to what address I should return it.
TWC says: "Your tracking number for this inquiry will be 159899."
