Apparently CAP is short for CAP-MR/DD, and has no relation to CAPS.

We have been told that CAP is now (2005) called something else, at least in Durham, but we can't remember what the new name is~~.		Apparently [[CAP]] is short for [[htyp:CAP-MR/DD\|CAP-MR/DD]], and has no relation to [[CAPS]].
